Terms used


'The seller' refers to Davone.
'The buyer' refers to any legal entity purchasing from the seller or using this website.
'The website' refers to www.davoneaudio.com

The following information and content is to inform of the responsibilities of both the seller and the consumer. The terms and conditions set below must be agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of business with Davone. Davone reserves the right to make any changes or amendments to any of the following terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Please read thoroughly through the terms and conditions and agreement before placing an order with Davone. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by its conditions. If you are making a purchase on behalf of another person, you agree that you are making the purchase as their agent.



1. Product Descriptions and Pricing Information

All prices are in Euro € and are inclusive of Danish VAT. In the event, a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, the seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the seller shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If the goods do not match the description on the seller's website, the buyer should inform the seller immediately so that the seller may take appropriate action. The seller reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time and without prior notice. Pricing for Insurance Claims is full RRP pricing.



2. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Order acceptance only occurs when the goods are dispatched to the buyer. The seller reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. The seller reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.



3. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee

For EU residents we offer free returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchase, for our standard products still in their original packaging. Customized products can not be returned.


The Conditions:


1. Notify us by following the returns process within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchase.
2. Correctly return the goods to our warehouse, at your cost, in as new condition with all packaging (internal and external), accessories and manuals complete and in as new condition and accompanied by the original sales invoice.
3. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Customised, Faulty or Damaged goods. Faulty or Damaged goods are processed under our Warranty Terms & Conditions



Here's What You Need to Do:


1. Notify us within 14 days from receiving your purchase.
2. DO NOT return the goods before first making contact with our Customer Service via telephone +45 2388 7172, email hello@davoneaudio.com, or via the online chat option located on the bottom right of our website.
3. To correctly send the goods back to us please include INSIDE the package(s); Your Name and a printed original Invoice.
4. The goods, packaged and in equal condition to when they were originally shipped (all packaging, internal and external, accessories and manuals complete and in as new condition)
5. Goods must be returned correctly within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchase, otherwise, they will not be accepted under the 14 Day Money Guarantee Policy.


PLEASE NOTE: Any refund will be made via internet banking. For additional information on our return policies, please contact our Customer Service on email hello@davoneaudio.com, or via the online chat option located on the bottom right of our website.



4. Door to Door delivery

All orders will be shipped for the amount displayed on the website. We do accept global orders, except from some countries where we have local representatives as indicated on our website /dealers.

Customs clearance fees and duties may apply for shipments outside the EU Custom and will be paid for by the buyer. Transport to extreme remote locations may be charged an additional fee.

NOTE: Please choose your order carefully as we cannot make changes after it has been invoiced and shipped.


Delivery times


Your Davone order will typically be freighted from our Værløse warehouse or a local Davone representative to you within 1 week of date of purchase, provided the product is in stock as indicated on our website at the time of purchase. Delays may occur during company holiday periods.

We use a third party logistics agent to deliver orders, therefore we cannot guarantee or deliver on a specific day or time. Delivery times depend on your location, but will typically not exceed one week. Outside of the European Union delays may occur due to custom clearance processes.

Some orders are shipped using Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery. (Unless authority to leave has been given to the freight company prior to delivery). Any quotations of delivery times mentioned on the website are made in good faith but are estimates and the seller shall not be bound by such quotation.


Accept of Delivery


All Products are delivered securely to your doorstep only, by courier and/or freight forwarder. Door to door delivery service requires easy access to ground level only. (No stairs)

Before signing the delivery docket inspect your goods for signs of any damaged packaging. Write details of any damage on the delivery docket then sign it.

You MUST notify us within 24hrs of any internal or external damages to your goods. Contact our Customer Service by email: hello@davoneaudio.com




5. Warranty


Davone warranty policy


The Davone warranty policy covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty period of 2 years starts at the date of sale as stated on the purchasing invoice and is subject to the following requirements and understandings:

1. Neither transportation cost, nor any risk for removal, transportation and installation of products is covered by this warranty.
2. Defects caused by incorrect installation or operation are not covered by this warranty
3. Davone shall not be liable for defects arising from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, mis-maintenance, voltage variation, overloading, stroke of lightning and any other force majeure events.
4. Defects arising from modification, repair or attempt to repair by a non authorised service facility are not covered by this warranty.
5. Davone is liable only to repair or replace defective parts or products and is not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the product. A replacement cannot exceed the value of the product under warranty.
6. This warranty complements any national/regional law obligations of dealers or national distributors and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.


Any item that is found to have a manufacturing defect within the stated warranty period will be repaired or exchanged within 25 working days, depended on replacement part stock availability.

We will always meet or exceed our full obligations to provide a remedy to the issue.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty applies to use in a "normal" domestic environment only.

If your goods are outside the warranty period we may still be able to repair them, however, the cost of the repair including any freight will be charged to you the customer.


Make a warranty claim


Here's what you need to do:

If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately. Contact our Customer Service by emailing us: hello@davoneaudio.com. Clearly, state what the problem is and include the following information:

1. Invoice number
2. Date of purchase
3. Description of item
4. Best daytime contact number
5. If possible a photograph of the fault or damage
6. We will contact you within 10 working days to arrange the best solution for you.


Get +1 year Warranty


The warranty period can be extened from 2 to 3 years by sending a good quality photograph, clearly showing the Davone speakers in the buyers house, to the seller. By perticipating in this program, the buyer gives his permission to Davone for sharing the received content online for the use of promoting the Davone products. The seller has the right to refuse the warranty extension if the quality of the photograph is insufficient for stated purpose. The extended warranty is personal and can not be transferred to a new owner.



6. Limitation of Liability

To the full extent permitted by the laws in Denmark, the seller shall not, in any event, be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. If the materials on this website are purchased for business purposes.



7. Copyright

Materials on this Website may not be modified, reproduced or publicly displayed, performed or distributed or used for any public or commercial purpose.



8. Other Party's Websites

This website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. You accept that the seller has no control over, and is not responsible, for any material contained on any third party websites. Links to third party websites are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of that third party, or any products or services referred to on their site unless expressly stated otherwise.



9. Applicable Law

Danish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.



10. Privacy Policy

Davone will not pass your personal information on to any other party without your permission. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose for which you gave it to us.



11. Change of Mind and Refunds

Any customers seeking a refund outside of the 14-day money back guarantee are asked to do so in writing or email to Davone for consideration. To contact us in writing please forward any correspondence to:

Please note: There may be deductions or partial refunds from the original order payment at the discretion of Davone management that is due to but not limited to the following:
The product has been unopened and unpackaged
The product packaging has been discarded by the customer
The product has been used
The product has been exposed to the elements
The product is not in re-sellable condition
Deductions or partial refunds may also be considered but are not limited to the following expenses incurred by Davone:
Freight
Handling
Packaging
Team member outcalls
Administration processing
